HOW IT WORKS

Before you order, it's great to know how our process works, and it's simple! Be aware that boxes only ship once each week since meals are cooked to-order. Anything ordered on a Sunday or Monday will not ship until the following week. We deliver nationwide in the United States via FedEx.

Select a pre-built or custom build-a-box

Choose from a keto box (one of each meal we offer), a paleo box (dairy-free), or build your own. Add-on any extras you want, then sit back and wait for your food!

2. WE COOK & SHIP

Meals are cooked fresh every Sunday.

Our chefs prepare your meals to-order each week, which is why ordering closes at 11:59pm each Saturday. Boxes are packed each Monday, shipped each Tuesday. Your meals will arrive by Friday and you'll receive tracking information when they leave our kitchens! We deliver nationwide in the United States via FedEx.

In just minutes, you'll be eating a delicious meal.

Heat your meal, then garnish (if desired) and enjoy! We recommend defrosting first for easiest re-heating, but you can heat from frozen, too! Your choice.

PORK SOUVLAKI WITH TAHINI SAUCE OVER KALE & CAULI-RICE

Traveling abroad to Greece several years ago opened my eyes to just how prevalent pork souvlaki was across the country! I had assumed I'd be eating lots of lamb, but nope, it was pork everywhere. This is a twist on a chicken souvlaki dish with which you may be familiar, and the sauce packet that comes with it adds just the right hit of lemony freshness along with the sesame tahini.

INGREDIENTS: pork, cauliflower, kale, red onion, Kalamata olives [olives, olive oil, salt, water - may contain red wine vinegar], olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, turmeric, salt, black pepper.
