This is for sure one of my favorites, I usually pair it with a bed of arugula and some sour cream. So delicious, filling and convenient :-) Love love love these meals!

I would order this again even though this isn't my favorite flavor. The main note is the squash is cooked to the perfect level, frozen, and still re-heats to the right firmness. I'm very impressed with that. It's simple and not fussy.
Thanks for that note, Rachel! This was actually something we worked on quite a bit for this recipe! The initial tester had the squash totally incorporated into the chili since it became way too soft when slow cooked and then frozen, etc. So we now roast it separately to add in before portioning out for you! I top this with avocado and salsa...so yummy.
