Lemon Artichoke Chicken with Green Beans
Based on meals that Diane's mom made often growing up, the clean and simple flavors of this dish are what make it so fantastic. The brightness from the lemon and briney-ness (is that a word?!) from the capers add a depth of flavor that pair perfectly with fresh green beans. This meal is adapted from a reader-favorite recipe in Diane's first book, Practical Paleo.
