Traveling abroad to Greece several years ago opened my eyes to just how prevalent pork souvlaki was across the country! I had assumed I'd be eating lots of lamb, but nope, it was pork everywhere. This is a twist on a chicken souvlaki dish with which you may be familiar, and the sauce packet that comes with it adds just the right hit of lemony freshness along with the sesame tahini.
