Delicious, satiating, & SO versatile!
I love all the meals...it's so hard to pick a fav but since I am a huge Tex-Mex fan, I think this may be it. I love how versatile it is...I love to pair it with Siete taco shells or tortillas and even add an egg for a breakfast taco. I can usually make these into 2 meals or a meal + a hearty snack. If I pair it with a Siete taco or tortilla or a salad, I can stretch it easily to two meals. I sent a box to my parent's house in advance of my stay. When I served 2 meals for the 3 of us + salad, we had leftovers. Same when my sister joined us. It was such a wonderful thing to be able to eat healthy, share healthy meals, and spend time with my parents vs cooking or having them to worry about stocking the fridge for my arrival (especially since I am gluten free and they are not). My parents are 78 and 80 and loved the meals! My dad exclaimed that it was much tastier and healthier than pulling a pizza out of the freezer! Thanks, Diane.
The slow-cooked salsa verde chicken is awesome! Tastes like a chicken enchilada.
I love the Chicken meals and wish there was more of them. I eat this one at least two times per week. It is great with extra cilantro, avocado, and grain free tortilla chips if you want to add extras but also really good just the way it is.
Hey Elizabeth! I try to balance the protein options so we have roughly 3 beef, 3 pork, and 3 chicken at any given time, then we currently also have 1 meal that's a blend of beef and pork! Diane :) Diane :)

This was my favorite of the 5 or 6 meals I tried! I liked everything about it, even the cauliflower rice which I don’t normally care for enough to prepare myself.
