Subscription FAQs
How do I sign up for a meal subscription?
From the Seasonal Box, Paleo Meal Box, Keto Meal Box, or the Classic Meal Box page, select the option "Subscribe and Never Go Hungry" when adding the box to your cart. Select the delivery frequency from the drop-down box.
How often will my box be delivered?
You can select the frequency that works best for you from the following options: every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks.
After your first box, subsequent orders will be charged on Wednesday and will ship the following Tuesday.
When will I be charged for my orders?
You will be charged the day you place your order. For subsequent boxes, you will be charged the Wednesday before it ships.

Can I use Bite Bucks on a recurring Meals subscription?
Bite Bucks will NOT automatically apply to a recurring subscription. In order to use your Bite Bucks as a Meal subscriber, you have a few options:
- Place a new order of Balanced Bites Meals (for you or for someone else) and apply the points.
- Pause your subscription and apply the points to a new, one-time order
- Email us (support@balancedbites.com) and we can help you out!
What meal subscription options are available?
Currently, you can subscribe to the Seasonal Box, Paleo Meal Box, Keto Meal Box, or the Classic Meal Box.
Can I subscribe to a custom meal box?
At this time, custom meal box subscriptions are not available. If this is something you're interested in, drop us a note (support@balancedbites.com) and we will let you know when we roll it out.
Can I make changes to my subscription order?
Yes, you can! When you create a subscription order, you will be asked to create an account so you can manage your subscriptions. Once you create your account and activate it via email, you can sign in and make changes to your subscription order by selecting "Login" from the main menu on the left side of the Balanced Bites Meals main menu. Once you're logged in, you will be directed to "My Account," where you can then change your subscription order.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Sign into your Balanced Bites account.
When you sign in, you will see "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details on the right side of your screen. Select "Manage Subscriptions."
In "Manage Subscriptions," you will see your Subscription Orders. You can edit or cancel your current subscriptions here.
In order to change the box you're subscribed to, you will need to cancel your current your current subscription by selecting "Cancel."
Fill out your reason for cancelling. Select "Cancel Subscription."
